Chad Phelps, superintendent, has been with Ketchikan Drywall Services, Inc. for over ten years.  During his years at Ketchikan Drywall Services, Inc. Chad has spent the majority of his time managing large commercial projects.  Chad specializes in steel stud framing and full drywall installation. KDS, Inc. is proud to have Chad on their team!
