Your crews worked fast, and on time.  In particular Greg did a professional and thorough job, and he is easy to have on the site and get along with (no attitudes, excess noise or resistance to my questions/requests), especially since he's here for extended time frames.  

Bill & Bob were also low maintenance - just getting the job done well and quickly. They even moved a sofabed around as they worked, instead of asking me to do it for them (even though I told them I would move it).   The cleanup folks were great too.   I just got your invoice, and will be sending payment this week.
